No brand bidding (no PPC search campaigns using our product name "Irreproachably”) – this will result in a lifetime ban and for any repeat offenders, all of your accounts will be reported to Clickbank.
IMPORTANT: All Affiliate methods of advertising must not include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
1. Affiliates are not permitted to use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are considered non-compliant by the FTC. Affiliates must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”),
2. Affiliates can NOT run any PPC brand campaigns. This includes but is not limited to Google, Facebook, Bing, Instagram, Pinterest nor bid on any Irreproachably branded keywords.
3. Affiliates must not use terms such as “scam” and “fraud” in their review articles, social media posts or pages about Irreproachably.
4. Affiliates must adhere to the Controlling the “CAN-SPAM Act”, Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. Using spam to promote Irreproachably is strictly forbidden.
5. Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Irreproachably products.
6. Affiliates cannot offer an incentive to purchase our products.
7. Affiliates may NOT advertise using popunders unless approved.
8. Affiliates may not link directly to the Irreproachably order form. Direct linking to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages is not allowed and will result in permanent banning.
9. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Irreproachably products from other websites as a "reseller". Affiliates are not authorized to sell products claiming to be Irreproachably, or promoting Irreproachably on retail sites such as eBay, Amazon, or any sites that fall into the category of retail sites.
10. Irreproachably will be solely responsible for all customer service.
11. Affiliates can NOT use spy tools for the intention of copying the content of other successful advertising campaigns. Copying or duplicating successful campaigns made by another affiliate will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account.
12. Violating any guidelines will result in a ban and possible legal action.
